The Real Reason You’re Always Tired (Hint: It's Not Sleep!)
You might be getting enough sleep—or at least enough to function—but somehow you still drag yourself through the day. For ex-athletes, martial artists, and busy professionals, it’s easy to blame your demanding life or high-pressure schedule. Or we blame staying up late as our only 'me' time. Yet, those constant energy slumps, mid-afternoon crashes, and unexplained bouts of fatigue often have a deeper root cause: gut health and hormonal imbalances, rather than just lack of sleep.
