It personally reminds me of the leverage that helped me be my best as an athlete at the Olympic Training Center -

What if I have limited equipment, or old injuries?

Everyone has 'something' - and that's exactly why we don't have a one-size-fits-all program.

I take into account everything from a lifestyle assessment & movement assessment, to the other end of the spectrum of food sensitivity testing, gut health testing, & even blood panels.

Each individual is different, different biological age, different training age, different schedules, different challenges, and different goals.

So it wouldn't make sense to have a generic solution when you are a 1 of 1 project.
